- Medical needs assistance: Elderly woman with fractured hip, Elderly man needing back surgery. Community fundraiser by 'El Quetzalito
- Medical needs assistance: 1 month nursing care for accident victim. community fundraiser by 'El Quetzalito'
- Medical needs assistance: (IMS funded) Clinic nurse request: 2 months formula for severely malnourished toddler.
- Medical needs assistance: Hospital assistance for accident victim.
- Med Kits: (IMS funded) Kits are donated to village clinics and consist of 5 hand-held medical tools. (Blood pressure cuff, pulsoxymeter, thermometer, otoscope and 3D printed stethoscope)
- Medical needs assistance: (IMS funded) Wheelchair for elderly woman, coordinated with El Quetzalito.

*Stethoscopes are certified in Canada and in the UK. And are also widely used in Africa and the Middle East. Designed and developed by a Cardiologist. (Open-source design)
